Shipping Information
Prints: Fergsframes is partnered with a US based small business to custom print art to order. Please allow a minimum of 2-5 days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. After processing, orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days.
All other products, including Originals, are shipped directly from the artist via UPS or USPS.
Please note that at this time, shipping is only within the United States. Shipping times are not guaranteed and it is recommended to allow a minimum of 5-12 business days total for you order to be processed and shipped.
If 12 business days have gone by without a tracking update, please email fergsframes@gmail.com for assistance.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Since each artwork is unique, custom-made, or part of a limited edition, I am unable to process returns or exchanges. Kindly ensure that you've checked your order information—such as size, product type, and shipping address—prior to completing your purchase.
Damaged/Defective Merchandise
Each piece undergoes an inspection before shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please email your order number, shipping address, and a photograph of the item to fergsframes@gmail.com to request a replacement. Please note that claims must be submitted within 72 hours of the delivery date. Items cannot be replaced after this timeframe.
